This is a SFW, canon-compliant zine focusing on the relationships between the Arcane characters Powder/Jinx and Ekko: romantic, platonic, and antagonistic. All profits go toward the Nature Conservancy of Canada! The zine will be split into three sections, with section III being the largest:• The relationship between Powder and Ekko as children.
• The relationship between Powder and Ekko in the anomaly universe.
• The relationship between Jinx and Ekko in the main universe.
• The relationship between Jinx and Ekko in non-canon universes.
Preorders open on JULY 13!

    What is a zine?
    •   A zine (short for fanzine) is an anthology of creative work, most commonly illustrations and written pieces and often accompanied by merchandise.
Can AU works be included in the zine?
    •   The zine will be split into four sections, one of which will include AU content. The other three sections will be focused on canon content, which contributors are allowed to expand on if their ideas are plausible within Arcane’s worldbuilding.
Where will the zine ship from?
    •   The United States!
    Will you be shipping internationally?
    •   Yes! We will be able to ship to most countries. Details regarding the few countries we cannot ship to will be available during the preorders period.
Are other characters and pairings allowed to appear in the zine?
    •   Other Arcane characters are allowed to be featured in pieces as long as they are not the focus. Other romantic pairings may be hinted at but not explicitly shown.
How will you ensure financial transparency and responsibility?
    •   Our finance and shipping moderators were chosen based on their experience and answers to multiple interview questions regarding their process and past reactions to hiccups/conflicts. For each of them, we have the contact information of someone they know IRL who we will reach out to in the case that they become unresponsive while holding funds or products. We will also be posting regular updates on our social media during the production period!
Will there be bundle tiers with physical merch other than the full bundle?
    •   We will definitely have different bundle options for you to choose from!
What will be the payment method for purchasing the zine? Will it only be through PayPal?
    •   It is too early to decide this, but Paypal will likely be the main payment method. We will try to provide other options and keep this in mind, but no guarantees at this time.
Why not make a NSFW add-on?
    •   This is the preference of our team! We also will be allowing younger creators to join the project.
Is it a requirement for the participants of the zine to buy the physical copies when they come out?
    •   Nope! We aim to provide all contributors with a free full bundle and free shipping. If this goal is not met, you will have the option to buy items at production cost. If you don't want any physical items, then you will not be forced to pay for anything. Contributors will not be compensated monetarily, as excess profits will go toward our chosen charity.
Would I still be invited to the discord server (as a supporter)?
    •   Unfortunately no, only accepted contributors will be invited to the discord server.
What is the difference between page and spot artists?
    •   Page artists will pitch their idea(s) to the moderation team and then contribute an illustration (either single-page or two-page spread). Spot artists will illustrate a writer's piece. They will be assigned to a writer, after ranking their favorite pitches from the writers. These can be small illustrations to go alongside the text and/or a full-page illustration to go at either the beginning or end of the written work.
Are contributors allowed to drop out of the zine?
    •   Yes, contributors may drop out at any time. However, contributors who drop out will not receive compensation.
Please feel free to ask any other questions on our neospring!
